Q: How long do I have to return my product?
 
A: You have 30 days from receiving your product to make an exchange or return.
   
Q: Will my refund include the original shipping charges?
 
A: Since the original shipping charges were paid to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx) they are not refundable.
 
Q: Do I have to pay return shipping on an exchange?
 
A: Shipping to DIESELLEDS is at the expense of the buyer. The only exclusion to this policy is if it was a mistake made on our part. In that case, we will cover return shipping cost.

Q: What is the restocking fee for something that has been used or damaged during installation?
 
A: For Items in Re-Conditionable Condition there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. All returns on items that are no longer in like-new condition (damaged) are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong product and returned it to exchange but the product or box was not in original condition?

A: If the product is returned damaged there will be a 35% restocking fee charged in order for the product that you intended to return it for, to ship out free of charge.
 
Q: What if the product won't work on my vehicle?
 
A: If our product will not work or is incompatible with your vehicle for whatever reason we will NOT charge a restocking fee.
 
Q: What if I don't want to pay a restocking fee?
 
A: You must exchange the product for another product to not be charged the restocking fee.
Q: How long will the refund process take once DIESELLEDS receives my item(s)?
 
A: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your refund once we receive it. Once it has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be applied to your credit card or PayPal account.
 
Q: I received an email that my refund was processed - why isn't it in my account?
 
A: Once a refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be applied to your credit card or PayPal account. There is nothing we can do to speed up the refund applying to your account - the banks control this delay. There is no need to call to check on the status of the refund if you have received the confirmation email. If you do not receive the refund to your account after 5 business days please contact us as there may be an issue.
