All sales made through this website are "Shipment Contracts." This means that the legal risk of loss and title for all merchandise passes to you, the customer, immediately upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Our contractual obligation is fulfilled at the moment the package is accepted and scanned by the carrier.
We rely on the carrier’s electronic tracking data to determine the status of a shipment.
Delivery Confirmation: A tracking status of "Delivered" serves as conclusive evidence that the package was received at the shipping address provided at checkout.
GPS Verification: In the event of a dispute regarding delivery, we work with carriers to obtain GPS-time-stamped delivery coordinates to verify the exact location of the delivery scan.
Theft/Porch Piracy: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or go missing after a successful delivery scan by the carrier. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.
Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been prepared for the carrier.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the original shipping fees and the cost of re-shipping. We cannot change the shipping address once a tracking number has been generated.
We want to make sure you get your gear! If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please reach out to us via our contact page before taking any other steps.
Our team will immediately open a formal investigation with the carrier to verify the GPS delivery coordinates and time-stamps. Most "missing" packages are simply misdelivered or held at the local post office, and we can usually help you find them within 72 hours. Please give us this short window to work with the carrier on your behalf so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit (meaning the tracking never shows a "Delivered" scan), please notify us within 10 days of the last tracking update.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence of both the box and the product to initiate a claim.
