We stand behind our products with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This page explains what is covered, for how long, what is not covered, and how to make a claim. These are limited warranties.
Who is covered
This warranty covers the original purchaser who bought the product from dieselleds.com, with valid proof of purchase. It is non-transferable unless we state otherwise.
Warranty period by product
• LumX headlight sets: 2-year limited warranty (for sets purchased on or after 9/10/23; sets purchased before that date carry the 1-year warranty in effect at the time of purchase).
• Products labeled “limited lifetime”: limited lifetime warranty, meaning for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
• All other products: 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless a longer period is stated on the product page.
What is covered
We warrant that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period under normal use. If a covered product is defective, we will replace it with the same or an equivalent product. You do not need to ship the old bulb back to us for most claims — we know your time is valuable.
What is not covered
• Labor, diagnostics, towing, rental car, or any other expense related to a defective or damaged item.
• Damage from improper installation, misuse, accident, modification, or use contrary to our off-road/compliance notice.
• Normal wear, and any incidental or consequential damages, to the extent the law allows.
How to make a claim
Email dieselleds@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will verify coverage and arrange a replacement within the warranty period.
Your legal rights
Where we provide this written warranty, any implied warranties on the product (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the length of this warranty. Some states and provinces do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and province to province.
