LUMX-FC RED Brake / Running Light (3157)

Brake lights that are actually seen. Stock bulbs only have to hit 80 lumens to be road legal, which is practically invisible. LumX-FC puts out 1,000 lumens per bulb (450 as running lights). On average, that's about 5X brighter than the stock bulbs they replace.

Why LumX-FC

• No resistors, no rewiring. Built to look and behave like stock brake lights, with zero resistors needed, so they're error-free.
• Instant on. Stock bulbs take up to a second to reach full brightness. LumX-FC is instant the moment you hit the brakes.
• True red. Red LEDs behind your red lens make your brake lights a deeper, more modern red than everyone else's.
• A silent fan in every bulb. Overheating is why most LEDs die early. Each LumX-FC has a small, soundless fan that runs while your vehicle does, keeping the chips cool and dramatically extending their life.
• Chrome, not black. The LEDs sit in chrome-plated hardware, so there's no ugly black bulb showing in your tail light.

Why upgrade from stock?

• Dim, slow brake lights raise your chance of an accident.
• A stock bulb's ~250-hour lifespan is less than 15,000 miles.
• Brighter, crisper light in every situation, day and night, and a more modern look.
